This engine was rebuilt and overbored to 3.2 liters in 2016, and modifications include twin-plug cylinder heads, JE pistons, Crane ignition components, a JB Racing distributor, custom RSR-profile camshafts, Pauter rocker arms, ARP connecting rod bolts, a carbon-fiber engine shroud, and PMO carburetors. The included Type 915 five-speed manual transaxle was sourced from a 1974 911 and was rebuilt in 2018 with Retro Sport and Albins gears. A Guard limited-slip differential is also fitted along with SSI heat exchangers and a Dansk Sport muffler.
