A LITTLE HISTORY ABOUT OUR GUEST…
Our special guest for Porsche Jacksonville and FCR’s celebration of Porsche’s 70th birthday, Kevin Jeanette, has a long history with Porsche and Porsche motorsport, in general. He began his association with the German marque over 40 years ago rking in a Porsche repair shop in Southern California. He formed Gunnar Racing in 1978 – competing with 934s, 935s and 962s. As time passed, Gunnar Racing grew into a thriving restoration business in West Palm Beach, FL, restoring the same Porsche racing cars that are now considered vintage. His restorations are both award winning and actively “exercised” on today’s vintage racing circuit. Jeanette is considered one of the foremost Porsche experts on the East Coast as well as nationwide.
