The next PCA Florida Crown Region social will be a very special event at Michael’s Restaurant in Old St. Augustine. If you have never eaten at Michael’s this is your chance for a very special even

Social and cocktails from 6:00p.m. to 6:45p.m.

Dinner will be $53.00 per person.  This event will not be a pre-pay.  You will pay for your dinner at the restaurant.

Passed Hors d’ oeuvres

 

Manchego Skewers

sheep’s milk cheese marinated in olive oil with garlic and herbs served with dried cherry

 

Plantain Bon Bons

sweet plantains wrapped in smoked bacon with datil guava sauce

 

Empanaditas

crispy pastry with corn, peppers, mushrooms, and spinach served with garlic herb aioli

radishes, shaved baby carrots, and marcona almonds with champagne herb vinaigrette

 

 

Signature Entrees

 

Ōra King Salmon

seared and served over french lentils with local mushrooms, and red wine jus

 

Pollo al Limon

Joyce Farms chicken breast with castelvetrano olives, confit potatoes, and preserved lemon

 

Wagyu Beef Cheeks

Tender braised beef with yuca mofongo mash, and roasted baby carrots

 

 

Dessert

 

Dark Chocolate Torte

with GF almond crust, chocolate ganache & chocolate mousse filling and dark chocolate glaze, served with fresh berries and sea salt

 

Florida Key Lime Pie

Classic key lime with graham cracker crust served with strawberry puree, whipped cream and fresh berries
